Service Description

One of our coaches will do a goal assessment with you to determine if you are a good fit for our program. We will then tell you more about our plan options. If you decide to move forward with our program, you will then receive and exclusive link to download our app. We ask for 48hrs to custom build your fitness and nutrition plan after you complete the initial app set up.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellation Policy. Clients are asked to call 24 hours in advance of the scheduled training session. You will be charged for appointments cancelled with fewer than 24 hours notice. Failure to contact your trainer and call 602-488-0147 (M-F) will result in a session loss.
