This type of training gets and keeps your heart rate up and burns more fat in less time

TUESDAY

Burn & Tone Strength Training

Bring your Mat, Your Sweat Towel, and a pair of dumbbells or kettlebell (Don't worry we have extra if you don't have any)!  Burn and Tone! Cardio and Toning class.  Get those arms, legs, & Glutes you want!  Target muscle groups with techniques so you can burn fat, increase muscle and become stronger. Muscle burns 300 Times more fat at rest than fat!

KIDS BOOTCAMP

In this Bootcamp we will help the youth develop The six skill related components of fitness: agility, balance, coordination, power, reaction time, and speed.  We will demonstrate and help them Understanding the fitness Components on a deeper level. How to Build Strength, Increase Speed, Improve Balance, and Develop Coordination.

Tire Bootcamp

Looking for something different? This class incorporates cross-fit and Bootcamp styles.  Bring a Friend to this class for partner exercises!  This Class is Designed to build Muscle Strength and Muscle Endurance.  We do a combination of cardio and strength training using tires.  (We use medium size tires for this class -NO Tractor Tires)
